We are ready to help. As a provider of "Essential Services," Home Safety Services is fully operational and available to support any accelerated discharges that may be necessary to free up beds for Covid 19 patients.
Home modifications such as: grab bars, transfer benches, toilet safety frames, stair
railings, wheelchair ramps and stair lifts can dramatically accelerate and support successful discharges to home. We are prepared and qualified to perform these essential tasks immediately!
Home Safety Services' Accreditation by the Joint Commission requires us to have robust infection control protocols in place for our staff including:
-Annual immunizations
-Frequent hand washing and sanitization
-Quarantine when symptomatic.
In this heightened exposure environment, we have instituted several additional measures including:
-Checking with all clients the night before and prior to the appointment, ensuring no household fevers/flu
-Wearing gloves, booties and masks for every appointment
-Requiring our staff to take and report their temperature prior to each shift.
We are absolutely committed to ensuring the health and well-being of both our customers and staff.
